Caprock Cycling Events, Inc., exists for the sole purpose of facilitating the promotion of bicycle tours by nonprofit charitable organizations on the Texas high plains. These events provide opportunities for fund raising, publicity, and public education.

Caprock Cycling Events, Inc., will provide administrative support and guidance. The nonprofit organization provides the leadership and volunteers.
